Principle Matters
• We are an Employee Owned Corporation that believes those who do the work should share in the profits.
• We believe in providing insurance plans for our employees and their families.
• We believe that giving back to the communities which help us prosper is not only philanthropic, but necessary, so the community can grow in a healthy manner alongside our business. This promotes an all-around health and longevity of our business and community together.
• We believe a principle based organization can provide better service to clients due to the fact that they share the same vision. Those who do not share the same view are not interested in using us, therefore, (to be blunt) we weed out those we wouldn’t want to work with before they even call us.
And Most Importantly
• We believe that Climate Change is a reality, period. We would like to do our part and put our money where our mouth is by reducing our companies dependence on oil while decreasing our carbon emissions.
• We also believe that a large portion of conflict in the world is the result of oil and its industries. The reduction of oil consumption reduces its demand (as we all know). We believe it is time to actively alter this unnecessary demand cycle, and promote a more stable political climate in the Middle East and the World as a whole.
• We believe in putting our money where our mouth is. We have invested heavily to promote our endeavors, but we are convinced that it is money well spent, in principle alone. While we develop as a company our product costs might be slightly higher than traditional excavation companies, but as we grow and refine our techniques we are committed to developing a strategy that will be as cost effective as the traditional organizations, and as profitable as well.
